Zixi Yang is a Chinese artist and designer currently based in Los Angeles. Deeply informed by her East Asian identity and multilingual upbringing, she uses artistic creation as a way to mediate between personal experience and collective systems of meaning. Her work investigates how design can reveal and reconstruct invisible boundaries—between humans and technology, individuals and society, nature and the self.
